Coincidence?  On September 11, 1906 – exactly 95 years before the 2001 attacks – Mahatma Gandhi launched the world’s first nonviolent resistance movement in South Africa.

Change for the Better:  Make September 11 a day of peacemaking – not terror and tragedy – with Gandhi Day 911!, supporting the annual Peace Day events, September 21st.

Empowering Peace Day:  Since its September 11, 2001 inauguration ceremony was interrupted in NYC, the Peace Day program is mostly unknown, under-reported, and under-supported.

Create an annual Just 11 Days Of Peace?:  From 9-11 to 9-21, every year, be a Peace Maker and teacher, at art exhibits, community events, podcasts, websites, and on social-media networks. Goal 1:  Planting just 11 Seeds and Deeds of Peace every day.
