I found my Action Plan, on how highly motivated human beings can create a sustainable whole-system solution for a state, a nation, a community, or a planet. This meta-political level implementation of my whole-system monetary/credit recovery & affordable restoration plan can enable real recovery, for economies (i.e., cultures) suffering severe, near-collapse crisis mode.
